Senior IT Technician
The role of IT Support Technician will be primarily to assist with IT support to our user base of approximately 150 staff across 3 locations. The role will be mostly 2nd line support and occasionally assisting our 1st line service desk team in London with physical desk visits where a resolution over the phone or via remote desktop cannot be found.
The candidate must be smart and presentable at all times and act with a customer focused professional matter.
The Candidate must have good personal skills, be motivated, hardworking and be able to assist users of all levels of both seniority and IT experience.
5 + technical years IT Experience – minimum 3 years 2nd line support
Essential Skills: Microsoft Windows 10, Server 2016, Server 2016, Active Directory, Exchange 2010, Office 365, Citrix, VMWare
Desirable Skills: Microsoft SharePoint, SQL, Mitel phone systems.
Any exposure to IT security, policies and procedures and report writing would be of great benefit.
Essential Qualifications: MCSE / MCSA / CompTIA
Desirable Qualifications: Degree in computer science
