Technology Service Delivery Manager Central Services


The Technology Service Delivery Manager, reporting into the Group Head of Technology and Change is a senior role responsible for the day to day delivery of all technology services to the Group. These services include the delivery of all core systems including NavOne, Investran, CRM and others. The role also includes the delivery of all first, second and third line support services delivered to the global business, either on-site, remotely or through the use of trusted third parties.

Computer Science Degree (or related)
Experience of running a technology team delivering to a group business
Experience of working with outsourced third parties
Knowledge of working with Financial Services Businesses
Knowledge of offshore client accounting systems such as NavOne and/or Investran

Responsible for the delivery of all 1st and 2nd level support services provided by the technology team and trusted third parties.
Review the helpdesk statistics and SLA’s to ensure consistent delivery and that SLA’s are being met. Where SLA’s are not being met, review and understand root cause and propose a remediation plan.
